Roads Act 1993, Section 75

 

Proposed Temporary Closureof:                                 

 

Tower Rd., Clondalkin, Co. Dublin

 

To facilitate Richard Nolan Civil Engineering Ltd. to carry out an emergency manhole cover exchange outside of No.4 Tower Rd. and Clondalkin Round Tower, South Dublin County Council propose to close a section of the following road:

 

Road Name:                        Tower Rd., Clondalkin, Co. Dublin

                                                (from the junction of Tower Rd/Main St.to the junction of Tower                                                 Rd/Old Nangor Rd).

 

Date of Closure:                 Wednesday, 21st August 2024.                

                       

Times of Closure:             7.30pm to 11pm.

 

Detour Route:                     Convert Rd. onto Boot Rd., right turn onto Foothill Rd. South, onto                                             Nangor Rd. onto New Nangor Rd. right turn onto Ninth Lock Rd.

 

Detour Length:                   3km.

 

 

Local access will be maintained.

 

 

Any person interested may lodge an observation/submission in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Land Use, Planning and Transportation, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 or by email to seoroads@sdublincoco.ie not later than 5.00 p.m. on Monday 12th  August 2024.
