Extinguishment of the Public Right of Way
Notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council, pursuant to the power vested in it under Section 73 of the Roads Act 1993, at its meeting on 13th November 2023, has resolved that the public right of way at the following location be extinguished:
Lands at Castletymon Shopping Centre, Castletymon Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24
