                                                                        ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 73 (1)

 

Notice of intention by South Dublin County Council to consider the extinguishment of the Public Right of Way at the following locations:

 

Public Right of Way over laneways:

  • Adjoining 1 & 2 James Connolly Park, Clondalkin, Dublin 22
  • Between 199 and 200 Arthur Griffith Park, Lucan, Co.Dublin
  • Adjoining Castletymon Shopping Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24

 

The right of way to be extinguished is indicated on a map, a copy of which can be requested by emailing seoroads@sdublincoco.ie from Thursday 21st October 2021 to Thursday 18th November 2021.

 

Any representations or objections regarding the proposed extinguishment must be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, before 2nd December 2021.

 

It should be noted that persons making such representations or objections may make a request in writing to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by South Dublin County Council for that purpose.
