Ice Cream/Confectionary, Tea/Coffee/Confectionary & Flowers Casual Trading Licence Applications for 2021

Casual Trading Byelaws 2016 made under the Casual Trading Act, 1995

 

South Dublin County Council invites applications from parties interested in taking up Casual Trading Licences for the sale of Ice Cream/Confectionary, Tea/Coffee/ Confectionary and for the sale of Flowers for the 2021 season at the following designated locations:

Please note there is one only Licence issued for each of the above listed locations. Licensees can trade at that location specified for one calendar year commencing the 1st January 2021. Please notethatSection 28 of the Casual Trading Byelaws 2016 provides that where multiple applications for a single trading area are received the Local Authority may at its discretion award a casual trading licence by way of lottery.

The closing date for receipt of completed applications is on or before 4.00 p.m. Friday, 18th December 2020. 

 

South Dublin County Council reserves the right to accept or decline any application and to cancel or withdraw any Licence issued.
