Partial disruption to Water supply in South Dublin County 1st June 2006

Update at 12.38 June 1st 2006

Works on a Dublin City Council trunk water main today have impacted on water pressures and supply to areas of the South Dublin County Council network - primarily between the N81 and Fortunestown Way, Tallaght.

A limited service had been restored to some of those areas affected. An update received from the Environmental Services Department says’ we would expect a limited service to be restored to all areas very shortly. Low water pressure may continue to effect residents but all areas should have some supply.’

Any residents with special needs that require mobile water deliveries should contact the Water Maintenance Depot at 457 0784. South Dublin County Council regret any inconvenience arising from these works and will prioritise a return to full service levels as soon as possible.
