Roads Act, 1993, Section 75

Re: Temporary Closure of a section of Butterfield Avenue from its junction with Fairways to its junction with Main Street, Rathfarnham.

In order to facilitate the placement and operation of a Crane, South Dublin County Council proposes to temporarily close a section of Butterfield Avenue, from its junction with Fairways to its junction with Main Street Rathfarnham on the following dates:-

Sunday 18th June 2006  from 4.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and

Sunday 2nd July 2006   from 4.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.


The alternative routes are via     Butterfield Avenue, Fairways, Dodder View Road, RathfarnhamRoad, Rathfarnham By-Pass.

Diversion signs will be erected.

Local access will be maintained at all times.

Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 6th June 2006.
