Roads Act 1993, Section 75
Proposed Temporary Closure of Kiltipper Road from the Ballymana junction to Horan’s Lane junction.
In accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 and the Roads Regulation 1994 and in order to facilitate essential road repair works, South Dublin County Council propose to temporarily close Kiltipper Road from the Ballymana junction to Horan's Lane junction from Wednesday 29th April 2020 to Friday 1st May 2020 from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
Alternative Routes: -
Via Kiltipper Way, Killinarden Link Road, Killinarden Heights and Killinarden Road
- Local access will be maintained.
- Detour signs will be erected.
Any person interested may lodge observations/submissions in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Land Use, Planning and Transportation, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 or by email to seoroads@sdublincoco.ie not later than 5.00 pm on Tuesday 7th April 2020.
