South Dublin County Council invites applications from parties interested in taking up Casual Trading Licences for the sale of Ice Cream/Confectionary, Tea/Coffee/ Confectionary and for the sale of Flowers for the 2020 season at the following designated locations:

 

Please note there is one only Licence issued for each of the above listed locations. Licensees can trade at that location specified for one calendar year commencing the 01st January 2020. Please notethatSection 28 of the Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2016 provides that where multiple applications for a single trading area are received the Local Authority may at its discretion award a casual trading licence by way of lottery.

The closing date for receipt of completed forms is on or before 4.00p.m., Friday, 13th December, 2019. 

South Dublin County Council reserves the right to accept or decline any application and to cancel or withdraw any Licence issued.
