SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

COMHAIRLE CHONTAE ATHA CLIATH THEAS 

Notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council, pursuant to the power vested in it under Section 73 of the Roads Act 1993, has resolved that the public rights-of-way at the following locations be extinguished.

1.                  Public right-of-way at Side and Rear of 8 Kilcarrig Avenue.

2.                  Public right-of-way at Side and Rear of 15 Drumcairn Green.

3.                  Public right-of-way at Front, Side and Rear of 29 Drumcairn Park.

4.         Public right-of-way at Front, Side and Rear of 65 Drumcairn Avenue.
