ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 73 (1)
Notice of intention by South Dublin County Council to consider the extinguishment of the Public Rights of Way at the following locations:
1. Public Right of Way at side and rear of 8 Kilcarrig Avenue, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
2. Public Right of Way at side and rear of 15 Drumcairn Green, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
3. Public Right of Way at front, side and rear of 29 Drumcairn Park, Tallaght,
Dublin 24
4. Public Right of Way at front, side and rear of 65 Drumcairn Avenue, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

The rights of way to be extinguished are indicated on a map which may be inspected at the Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during office hours 9.00 a.m. to 12.45 p.m., Monday to Friday, 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Thursday and 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., Friday, from 7th October 2004 to 5th November 2004.
Any representations or objections regarding the proposed extinguishment must be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, before 4.30 p.m. on 19th November 2004 (being a date not less than two weeks after the end of the period for inspection).
It should be noted that persons making such representations or objections may make a request, in writing, to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by South Dublin County Council for that purpose.
