Re:  Roads Act, 1993 Section 75

Re: Temporary Closure of Ballymount Avenue (part of)

South Dublin County Council has made an order to temporarily close a section of road on Ballymount Avenue from its junction with Ballymount Road Lower and Calmont Road from 8.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday 10th December, Sunday 11th December, Saturday 17th December and Sunday 18th December 2005, in order to facilitate the overlay of existing surface.

The alternative routes are via Ballymount Road Lower, Ballymount Road Upper, Calmont Road

Diversion signs will be erected.

Local access will be maintained at all times.

It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
