Re:  Roads Act, 1993 Section 75
Re: Temporary Closure of Ballymount Avenue (part of)

In order to facilitate the overlay of existing surface on Ballymount Avenue, South Dublin County Council proposes to temporarily close a section of road on Ballymount Avenue from its junction with Ballymount Road Lower and Calmont Road from 8.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday 10th December, Sunday 11th December, Saturday 17th December and Sunday 18th December 2005.

The alternative routes are via  Ballymount Road Lower, Ballymount Road Upper, Calmont Road.

Diversion signs will be erected.

Local access will be maintained at all times.

Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 4.30pm on Friday 2nd December 2005.
 
It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
