Temporary Closure of a section of Cookstown Way

Public notice of this temporary road closure was published in the Irish Independent on Monday 24th October 2005 and Friday 28th October 2005 regarding the proposed temporary closure of a section of Cookstown Way at the west boundary of the Laing O’Rourke Belgard Square Project Site, from Friday 4th November 2005 at 12.00 midnight to Sunday 6th November 2005 at 6.00pm, both dates inclusive, in order to facilitate the removal of a tower crane from the Laing O’Rourke Belgard Square Project, Tallaght.

Due to adverse weather forecast, the removal of the tower crane could not take place and the temporary closure has been deferred until Friday 11th November 2005 at 12.00 midnight to Sunday 13th November 2005 at 6.00pm, both dates inclusive.

The alternative routes are via Tallaght Bypass (N81), Belgard Road, Belgard Way, Belgard Square North

Diversion signs will be erected.
