Re:  Roads Act, 1993 Section 75

Re: Temporary Closure of Boot Road

 

In order to facilitate the construction of initial works for the tie-in of the Outer Ring Road to Boot Road, South Dublin County Council proposes to temporarily close the  western access to Boot Road from the Naas Road (N7) Monday 18th October 2004 to Monday 8th November, both dates inclusive.

 

The alternative route is via Naas Road Eastbound (towards Dublin), Boot Road (East access)

 

Diversion signs will be erected.

Local access will be maintained at all times.

 

Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 p.m. on Friday 8th October 2004.

 

It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
