Temporary Closure of Slade Road (Castle Road)  

To facilitate essential works for the installation of a water main from Peamount to Saggart, South Dublin County Council has made an order to temporarily close Slade Road (Castle Road) from the crossroads at Saggart Village to the junction with the N81 from Tuesday 20th August 2019 to Sunday 25th August 2019. 

Alternative Routes: -

Via Millbrook Cross – Embankment Cross Road (Boherboy Road) L2008,

N81 – Slade Road L2005 and vice versa.

Local access will be maintained.

Detour signs will be erected.
