Re:  Roads Act, 1993 Section 75

 

Re: Temporary Closure of Whitechurch Road

(Ballyboden Road to St. Enda’s Drive)

 

In order to facilitate essential road resurfacing on Whitechurch Road, South Dublin County Council proposes to temporarily close a section of the Whitechurch Road (from its junction with Ballyboden Road to its junctions with St. Enda’s Drive) from Monday 5th July 2004 to Saturday 10th July 2004 from 7.30am to 6.00pm, both dates inclusive.

 

The alternative routes are via              (A) Grange Road, Sarah-Curran Avenue, Whitechurch Road

 

                                                            (B) Ballyboden Road, Taylors Lane, Whitechurch Road.

Diversion signs will be erected.

 

Local access will be maintained at all times.

 

Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 p.m. on Monday 21st June 2004.

 

It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
