Re: Temporary Closure of Adamstown Road
(Finnstown Priory Park to 300m west of Canal Bridge)
Lucan, Co Dublin
In order to facilitate road resurfacing works and road repairs on Adamstown Road, Lucan, South Dublin County Council proposes to temporarily close a section of road at Finnstown Priory Park to 300m west of Canal Bridge from Monday 24th May 2004 to Sunday 20th June 2004, both dates inclusive. Closing times are as follows:
Saturday – Wednesday 8.00pm - 6.00am
Thursday – Friday 10.00pm – 6.00am
The alternative routes are via
(A) Nangor Road, Fonthill Road South, Fonthill Road North, Fonthill Road North Westbound slip road, Lucan Road, Lucan By Pass, Adamstown Road.
(B) Adamstown Road, Lucan By Pass, Lucan Road, Lucan Road Eastbound off ramp, Fonthill Road North, Fonthill Road South, Nangor Road
Diversion signs will be erected.
Local access will be maintained at all times.
Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 11th May 2004.
It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
