Proposed Development Notice under Part 8 of the Local
Government (Planning & Development) Regulations 2001 / 2003

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:

Three openings in existing stone wall, for use by pedestrians along Kiltipper Way and ancillary works adjacent to 94A/16 Cushlawn Avenue, opposite 23 Cushlawn Drive and opposite 48 to 56 Cushlawn Walk comprising:

Openings for pedestrian use at each of the abovementioned locations,
the relocation of the existing cycle lanes as necessary,
the construction of additional footpaths,
the repair of other damaged sections of wall and any necessary alterations to the existing footpaths and roads existing within Cushlawn Estate, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

Opening Detail

Drawings of the proposed developments are on display at the Headquarters of South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during normal working hours until Tuesday 16th August, 2005 at 5.00 p.m.

Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the developments would be situated may be made in writing to:

up to and including Tuesday 30th August, 2005 at 5.00 p.m.
