URBAN AND VILLAGE RENEWAL PROGRAMME
Public Notice of PROPOSED UPGRADE OF RATHFARNHAM VILLAGE.

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to improve Rathfarnham Village as described
below:

1. Replacement of the footpaths on both sides of Main Street with a coloured macadam wearing course and a patterned surface.
2. Construct new Pedestrian Crossing across Rathfarnham Road in the vicinity of Rathfarnham Castle.

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at:
a) South Dublin County Council Offices,County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24, Between the hours of 9:00 am – 5.00pm Monday to
Thursday and 9.00am - 4.30pm on Friday,
b) County Library, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24, Between the hours of 9.45am-8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.45am-4.30pm Friday and Saturday
From Thursday 30th June 2005 – Tuesday 2nd August 2005

Written submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable
development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing before 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday 16th August 2005 to The Senior Executive Officer,
Roads and Traffic Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre Tallaght, Dublin 24.
