Proposed Development

Notice Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001/2003

 

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council proposes to construct Traveller Accommodation Developments on  sites at:

·        Coldcut Road, Coldcut, County Dublin comprising 8 no. bays for caravans

and

·        Fonthill Road, Fonthill, County Dublin comprising 3 no. bays for caravans and 3 no. group houses

Both developments to include all necessary associated ancillary works.

 

Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, during normal working hours ( Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm) up to and including the 13th June 2005.
