Proposed Development

Notice under Part 8 of the Local Government

(Planning & Development) Regulations 2001 / 2003

 

 

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:

 

(a)   Development of 37 no. infill housing project on lands at Cushlawn Park, Phase 3, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

 

To construct an infill housing development of 31 no. units at Cushlawn Park on a narrow strip of  land east of the open park area  facing Killinarden Heights and 6 no. units at Cushlawn Park on a narrow strip of land opposite Killinarden Community Centre. The proposal comprises:

 

12 no. three bedroom two storey units (two of which are suitable to meet special needs), 7 no. two bedroom apartments with 7 no. duplex units above, a three storey block of 3 no. two bedroom apartments, 4 no. three bedroom 1.5 storey units and 4 no. two bedroom single storey units (suitable to meet special needs).

 

The works to include new hard and soft landscaped areas, and all necessary associated ancillary works.

 

(b) Development of 9 no. infill housing project on lands at Castle Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

 

To construct 1 no. house on the vacant site adjacent to 112 Castle Park and 8 no. infill housing project on lands south of the church and to the rear of 116 – 124 and 209 – 212 Castle Park comprising:

 

1 no. four bedroom single storey unit (suitable for special needs), 4 no. three bedroom two storey units, 2 no. four bedroom 1.5 storey units and 2 no. two bedroom single storey units (suitable for special needs).

 

The works to include new landscaped areas, and all necessary associated ancillary works.

Drawings of the proposed developments are on display at the Headquarters of South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, during normal working hours until Friday 4th March, 2005 at 4.30 p.m.

 

Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the developments would be situated may be made in writing to:
