Proposed Development
Notice under Part 8 of the Local Government
(Planning & Development) Regulations 2001 / 2003
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:
(a) Infill housing project at “Cherryvilleâ€, New Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

To construct an infill housing development for older persons comprising 3 no. single storey one bedroom units, 2 no. single storey two bedroom units, and conversion with extension of existing two storey house to 4 no. one bedroom apartments. The works to include new landscaped areas, and all necessary associated ancillary works.
(b) Infill housing project on two sites at St. Finian’s Green, Lucan, Co. Dublin.

To construct an infill housing development comprising one two-storey block of 2 no. two bedroom apartments and all necessary associated ancillary works at site no. 23 St. Finian’s Green; and one two-storey block of 2 no. two bedroom apartments and all necessary associated ancillary works at site no. 29 St. Finian’s Green.
Drawings of the proposed developments are on display at the Headquarters of South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, during normal working hours until Friday 18th February, 2005 at 4.30 p.m.
Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the developments would be situated may be made in writing to:
