Public Notice of

 

Proposed Facilities Management Building at Grange Castle Business Park, Nangor Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

 

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposed provision by South Dublin County Council of the above building and a description of the proposed works follows:

 

The proposed works will consist of a one-story building of approximately 120 square metres and will comprise office space, meeting room space and attendant car parking spaces.

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at:

 

(a)                South Dublin County Council Offices, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24

from 9.00am– 12.45pm and 2.00pm–5.00pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.00am-12.45pm and 2.00pm-4.30pm each Friday.

 

(b)        South Dublin County Council Civic Offices, Ninth Lock Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 From 10.00am– 12.45pm and 2.00pm–4.00pm Monday to Friday.

 

From Thursday 8th April 2004 to Thursday 6th May 2004 (inclusive).

 

Written submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing before 4.30pm on Thursday 20th May 2004 to the Senior Executive Officer, Economic Development Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
