Proposed new works
Public Consultation Procedure

Under Part VIII of the
Planning and Development Regulations 2001

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:

New carparking facilities and ancillary works at Templeogue House, Templeogue Road, Dublin 6w.

To develop an additional 57 carparking spaces by the re-configuration of the existing carpark, the extension of the boundary of the carpark and the existing access towards the Templeogue Road.

To extend the existing wall and railings to the newly located entrance gate.

To construct a new footpath to connect with the existing footpath and the creation of a new pedestrian entrance.

To develop a small paved area, on the public open space to the front of Templeogue House facing the tree-lined axis.

Drawings of the proposed development are on display at the Headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 during normal working hours until Wednesday 21st April 2004 at 4.30pm.

Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable developments of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:

Tallaght,
Dublin 24.

Up to and including Wednesday May 5th 2004, at 4.30pm.

It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
