Declaration of Roads to be Public Roads

 

In accordance with the provisions of the Roads Act, 1993, South Dublin County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a declaration that the roads listed hereunder be public roads.  This matter will be considered by South Dublin County Council at its meeting on  Monday 9th March  2006 at 3.30 p.m. at South Dublin County Council Headquarters, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24.  Maps showing the roads may be inspected at the above address during office hours – 9.00 a.m. to  5.00 p.m., Monday to Thursday and 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Friday.  The latest date for inspection of maps is 5.00 p.m. on Monday 13th February 2006.
