Notice of Proposed amendment to Tree Preservation Order
Dublin County Council Tree Preservation (Quarryvale, Brooklawn)
(Liffey Valley No 1.) Order, 1990.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 205 of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended) that South Dublin County Council propose to amend the following Tree Preservation Order:
"Dublin County Council Tree Preservation (Quarryvale, Brooklawn) (Liffey Valley No. 1) Order, 1990"
by the deletion therefrom of the following trees on Drawing No. DP-05-001 in order to facilitate construction of the “M50 Upgrade Scheme” as approved by An Bord Pleanala on 29th April, 2005:
• Tree No.0224 Sycamore.
• Tree No.075 Beech and
• Tree No.076 Horse Chestnut. This tree is recommended for immediate removal for safety reasons due to fungus infection.
Copies of maps and details, in respect of the above, may be inspected at:
• The Planning Counter, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, from 9.00a.m to 5.00p.m. Monday to Thursday and 9.00a.m. to 4.30p.m. Friday.
• County Library, Town Centre, Tallaght and Lucan Branch Library, during library opening hours.
