Proposed Development
Notice Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001/2003
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council in partnership with Clúid Housing Association proposes to construct a Voluntary Housing Project to accommodate members of the Travelling Community, comprising 7 Group Houses on part of a Council owned site at Tay Lane, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.
Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, during normal working hours (Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 12.45pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 12.45pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm) up to and including the 2nd December 2005.
Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:
