Ballyboden Village Plan

Pre Draft Plan Public Consultation

It is an objective of the South Dublin County Council Development Plan 2004-2010 to prepare a plan for the future development of the Ballyboden Village area, including the identification of development sites for a sustainable village centre and the assessment of needs in terms of public and private facilities(Specific Local Objective 93). The plan would also seek to provide for the effective integration of the existing shopping centre in the new village centre.  The general area of this plan refers to land adjacent to the Taylor ’s Lane section of the “Green Route” road.

Submissions and observations are hereby invited from members of the public and other interested parties on the proposed village plan.  All submissions should be received by 5.00 pm on Thursday 15th September 2005.  Written submissions received by this date to the addresses below will be considered in the preparation of the Draft Ballyboden Village Plan.
