Proposed Development

        Public Notification Procedure

Under Part 8 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001-2003

 

 

Following compliance with the requirements of the article 81 of above regulations, notice is hereby given of the Council’s intention to proceed with :-

 

CASTLE PARK, TALLAGHT, DUBLIN 24

 

The construction of an infill housing development comprising 1 no. house on the vacant site adjacent to 112 Castle Park and 8 no. infill housing units on lands south of the church and to the rear of 116 – 124 and 209 – 212 Castle Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

 

“CHERRYVILLE”, NEW ROAD, CLONDALKIN, DUBLIN 22

 

The construction of an infill housing development for older persons comprising 3 no. single storey one bedroom units, 2 no. single storey two bedroom units, and conversion with extension of existing two storey house to 4 no. one bedroom apartments.

 

 

ST. FINIAN’S ESTATE, LUCAN, CO. DUBLIN

 

The construction of an infill housing development comprising one two-storey block of 2 no. two bedroom apartments and all necessary associated ancillary works at site no. 23 St. Finian’s Green; and one two-storey block of 2 no. two bedroom apartments and all necessary associated ancillary works at site no. 29 St. Finian’s Green.

 

 

LINDISFARNE, CLONDALKIN, DUBLIN 22

 

The construction of an infill housing development of 5 no. units on two sites at Lindisfarne, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. 

 

 

CUSHLAWN PHASE 3, TALLAGHT, DUBLIN 24

 

The construction of an infill housing development of 31 no. units at Cushlawn Park on a narrow strip of  land east of the open park area  facing Killinarden Heights and 6 no. units at Cushlawn Park on a narrow strip of land opposite Killinarden Community Centre.
