SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

DERELICT SITES ACT, 1990

(as amended by Planning and Development Act 2000)

-         VESTING ORDER  -

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto and shown on the map attached hereto is a derelict site within the meaning of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 (hereinafter called the Act).

AND WHEREAS the provision of Section 15 of the Act have been complied with by the South Dublin County Council (hereinafter called the Local Authority) in relation to the said land.

NOW THEREFORE, the Local Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 17 of the Act, hereby order that the land described in the Schedule hereto and shown on map attached hereto shall on the 24th day of June, 2005 vest in the Local Authority in Fee Simple, free from all encumbrances and all estates, rights, titles and interests of whatsoever kind.

SCHEDULE

DESCRIPTION OF LAND

A dwelling house and site located at 116 Sarsfield Park, Lucan, County Dublin                     comprising an area of c. 156 square metres and delineated in red on Drawing No. 6161.
