DRAFT PROPOSED NEW DRINKING WATER BYE-LAWS

 

South Dublin County Council hereby gives notice that it proposes to make Bye-Laws intended to prevent the waste, undue consumption, misuse or contamination of drinking water supplied by South Dublin County Council within its administrative area.

 

A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws will be available for public inspection, free of charge, at the Council’s Headquarters, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during the period beginning 27th April, 2005 until 25th May, 2005 from 9.00am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.30pm Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.  Also at all the Council’s public libraries including the mobile library during normal library opening hours.

 

A copy of the Draft Bye Laws will be given to any person applying free of charge at any of the aforementioned locations. A copy of the Draft Bye Laws can also be download here.

 

South Dublin Council will consider any submissions in relation to the Draft Bye Laws which are submitted to it, in writing by any person before 1st June, 2005.  Submissions should be sent to the Senior Executive Officer, Environmental Services Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
