PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
Notice under Part 8 of the Local Government (Planning & Development) Regulations 2001 / 2003
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:
Development of an infill housing project at Lealand Avenue, Clondalkin Dublin 22.
To construct an infill housing development of 13 no. dwellings at Lealand Avenue on an open
space facing Lealand Avenue and Lealand Road and backing onto Lealand Gardens.
The proposal comprises:
The construction of 4 no. two bedroom, single-storey dwellings and 9 no. three bedroom one-and-a-half storey dwellings, on an open space facing Lealand Avenue and Lealand Road.
The works will include new hard and soft landscaped areas and boundary treatment in the existing open space, and all necessary associated ancillary works.
Drawings of the proposed developments are on display at the Headquarters of South Dublin
County Council, Civic Offices, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices,
Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, during normal working hours until Friday 22nd April,
2005 at 4.30 p.m.
