LANDLORDS ARE YOU INTERESTED IN GOING ON THE RAS?!!

Calling all Landlords, Estate and Letting Agents and Accommodation Providers involved in
letting private rented accommodation in South Dublin and those considering getting involved in letting accommodation in the county. Information Seminars on the new Rental Accommodation Scheme (RAS) will be held in:

The Green Isle Hotel, Clondalkin
on Thursday the 3rd of March, 2005
and
The Plaza Hotel,Tallaght
on Friday the 4th of March, 2005.

Six presentations on RAS will be made on each day, every hour on the half hour commencing at 9.30 a.m and the last presentation will be made at 4.30 p.m. Each presentation will be followed by a question and answer session. There will be no presentations through lunch on either day
i.e. at 12.30p.m. or 1.30p.m. All interested parties are cordially invited to attend. Further information may be obtained by ringing the RAS Project Manager at 01- 4149186
