‘Expressions of Interest’ for the Management of Tallaght Swimming Pool and Sports Hall
South Dublin County Council will shortly commence the construction of Tallaght Swimming Pool and Sports Hall at Jobstown Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24. The development will include a 25 metre, 8 lane swimming pool and a sports hall with ancilliary facilities, a dedicated fitness centre and a café. It is expected that the overall facility will be open for business in mid 2006.

The Council now invites ‘Expressions of Interest’ from competent applicants who may be interested in providing overall management services for the entire complex. Applicants will be
required to produce evidence of previous experience in this type and scale of facility. It will
also be necessary for applicants to demonstrate that they have the financial capacity and staff
resources to manage the facility. It is proposed to draw up a shortlist of applicants based on the
‘Expressions of Interest’ received. Only those short-listed will be invited to tender for the
management of the facility.

‘Expressions of Interest’ should be forwarded in a sealed envelope to:
