Notice of intention by South Dublin County Council to consider the extinguishment of the Public Rights of Way at the following locations: -

The Rights of Way to be extinguished are indicated on a map which may be inspected at the Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during office hours (9.00 a.m. to 12.45 p.m., Monday to Friday, 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Thursday and 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Friday) from 28th October, 2004 to 26th November, 2004.

 

Any objections to or representations regarding the proposed extinguishment must be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 before 4.30 p.m. on the 10th December, 2004 (being a date not less than two weeks after the end of the period of inspection).

 

It should be noted that persons making such objections or representations may make a request in writing to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by South Dublin County Council for that purpose.
