Public Notice of
PROPOSED KNOCKMITTEN LANE ROAD IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to improve
Knockmitten Lane as described below:
- Road Widening / Re-surfacing of 250 L.m approx. (variable width);
- Construction of new footpaths, 200m approx.(variable width);
- In-situ kerb installation – 400m approx.;
- Upgrading Surface Water;
- Provision of public lighting and signing;
- Relocation of services where necessary;
- Provision of 5 no. bollards;
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at:
(a) South Dublin County Council Offices, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 between the hours of 9:00 am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am-4.30pm on Friday,
(b) County Library, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 between the hours of 9.45am-8.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.45am-4.30pm Friday and Saturday.
(c) South Dublin County Council Civic Offices, Ninth Lock Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. Between the hours of 10.00am-12.45pm and 2.00pm-4.00pm Monday to Friday.
From Thursday 22nd July 2004 – Monday 23rd August 2004
Written submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing before 4.30 p.m. on Monday 6th September 2004 to The Senior Executive
Officer, Roads and Traffic Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall,
Town Centre Tallaght, Dublin 24.
