Proposed new works
Public Consultation Procedure
Under Part V111 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001
Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:
New widening of footpath to form boardwalk along river facing Clondalkin Garda Station and the provision of one kiosk on Plaza outside Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
To remove existing low wall and railing separating footpath from river and provision of cantilevered light weight boardwalk towards the river.
To re-pave the footpath adjacent to the new boardwalk.
To provide a small kiosk on the plaza.
Drawings of the proposed development are on display at the Headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 between the hours of 9a.m. – 5p.m. Monday to Thursday and from 9a.m –4.30p.m on Friday until Monday 16th August, 2004 at 4.30p.m.

Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:

Up to and including Monday 30th August, 2004 at 4.30pm.
