Re:  Roads Act, 1993 Section 75

Re: Temporary Closure of a section of Ballyboden Road (Edmondstown Road)/Cruagh Road

 

 

 

In order to facilitate essential resurfacing works it is proposed to temporary close the following roads from Tuesday 4th May 2004 to Wednesday 19th May 2004 both dates inclusive.

 

(A)  A section of Ballyboden Road (Edmondstown Road) from its junction with Mount Venus Road to Ballybrack Road/Cruagh Road junction at Pine Forest Cross

 

The alternative routes are via Cruagh Road, Military Road (Killakee Road), Mount Venus Road

 

(B)  A section of Cruagh Road from its junction with Ballybrack Road/Ballyboden Road to its junction with Military Road (Killakee Road)

 

The alternative routes are via Ballyboden Road (Edmondstown Road), Mount

       Venus Road, Military Road (Killakee Road)

Diversion signs will be erected.

 

Local access will be maintained at all times.

 

Any person interested may lodge an objection with the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 5.00 on 20th April 2004.

 

It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
