Re: Temporary Closure of Grand Canal Access Roads, 12th Lock Clondalkin

 

 

South Dublin County Council has made an order temporarily closing the Northern and Southern Access Roads at the Grand Canal from the 12th Lock at Newcastle Road Eastward for 250m to where the Northern Access Road meets with Hayden’s Lane, from Monday 15th October, 2003 to Monday 15th  December,2003, both dates inclusive, in order to facilitate the carrying out of essential works on the Griffeen River Improvement Scheme Phase III (Grand Canal to Nangor Road),Clondalkin, Dublin 22 at Grange Castle Business Park.

 

The alternative route is via Newcastle Road, Esker Road and Hayden’s Lane.

Diversion signs will be erected.

 

No vehicular/pedestrian access allowed in the interests of public safety.
