SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

ROADS ACT 1993, SECTION 73 (1)

Notice of intention by South Dublin County Council to consider the extinguishment of the Public Rights of Way at the following locations:

1.      Public Right of Way over the walkway between 21/22 Michael Collins Park and St. Patrick’s Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

2.      Public Right of Way over the walkway between 43 Michael Collins Park and 1 St Patrick’s Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

The rights of way to be extinguished are indicated on  maps which may be inspected at the Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during office hours (9.00 a.m. to 12.45 p.m., Monday to Friday, 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Thursday and 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., Friday) from 5^th August, 2003 to 5^th September, 2003.

Any representations or objections regarding the proposed extinguishments must be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, before 4.30 p.m. on 19^th September, 2003 (being a date not less than two weeks after the end of the period for inspection).

It should be noted that persons making such representations or objections may make a request, in writing, to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by South Dublin County Council for that purpose.
