Notice Under Part 8 of the Planning &
Development Regulations 2001/2003

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct / redevelop as part of an integrated housing proposal in one or more phases the following at Daletree Road, Ballycragh:

1. To replace the existing 10 bay residential caravan park and caretakers house, which will be completely demolished, with a Traveller Group Housing Scheme comprising 10 no. 4 bedroom houses and a community facility, together with associated ancillary works.

2. To provide a temporary site to the South of the existing residential caravan park to accommodate the residents of the existing residential caravan park which will be removed after the construction period.

3. To construct 21 no. 3 bedroom 2 storey dwellings.

Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, during normal working hours (Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 12.45pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 12.45pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm) until Thursday 14th August 2003.
