Civil Engineering Enabling Works at Fortunestown Lane, Tallaght.
South Dublin County Council seeks expressions of interest from contractors with proven experience in civil engineering works to undertake enabling works for the preparation of a site at Fortunestown Lane, Tallaght. The works will include the removal and diversion of existing Bord Gáis and ESB services as well as the diversion of a deep sewer. Contractors should be in a position to begin works in mid-August 2003 with a completion date six working weeks later.

It is a condition for the inclusion on the panel, that the successful contractors, produce a valid C2 or tax clearance certificate from the Revenue Commissioners, letter of compliance from the Construction Industry Federation Pension Fund/Sick Pay Scheme and Health & Safety Statement, as required by the Guidelines to the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations, 1995. In the case of a non-resident contractor, a statement of suitability on tax grounds from the Revenue Commissioners in Ireland will be required.
Completed application forms to be returned to Mr. Phillip Murphy, Senior Executive Officer, Housing Department, South Dublin County Council, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 12.00 noon on Monday, 07th July, 2003.
It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by South Dublin County Council.
