SOUTH DUBLIN COUNTY COUNCIL

 

 

 

Notice of intention by South Dublin County Council to consider the extinguishment of the Public Rights of Way at the following locations:

 

1.      Public Right of Way over the laneway between Newlands Road and Old Naas Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

2.      Public right of way over the walkway between No.2 Deansrath Avenue and No.1 Melrose Avenue, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

 

The rights of way to be extinguished are indicated on maps which may be inspected at the Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 during office hours (9.00 a.m. to 12.45 p.m., Monday to Friday, 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Thursday and 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., Friday) from 19th June 2003 to 22nd July 2003.

 

Any representations or objections regarding the proposed extinguishments must be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24, before 4.30 p.m. on 7th August 2003 (being a date not less than two weeks after the end of the period for inspection).

 

It should be noted that persons making such representations or objections may make a request, in writing, to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by South Dublin County Council for that purpose.
