Public Notice of

 

Proposed Traffic Calming Measures in Beverly Avenue, Downs, Drive/

Knockfield Manor. - View Map

 

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposed provision by South Dublin County Council of the above scheme and a description of the proposed works follows:

 

The proposed works will consist of the following:

 

  1.  The provision of seven (7) standard traffic calming ramps.
  2.  The construction of two roundabouts and
  3.  Associated Road Signage.

 

Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection at:

 

(a)               South Dublin County Council Offices, County Hall, Tallaght

from 9.00am– 12.45pm and 2.00pm–5.00pm Monday to Thursday and from 9.00am-12.45pm and 2.00pm-4.30pm each Friday.

 

(b)               Ballyroan Library, Orchardstown Avenue, Dublin 14.

from 9.45am-8.pm Monday to Thursday

and 9.45am-4.30pm Friday and Saturday

 

(c)                Whitechurch Library, Taylor’s Lane, Rathfarnham.

From 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday

1 p.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday and 4p.m. –  8p.m. Thursday

           

(d)               Knocklyon Community Centre, Idrone Avenue, Dublin 16.

From 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday to Thursday

From 10.a.m.-   6 p.m. Friday and Saturday

 

from Thursday 5th June 2003 – Friday 4th July 2003.

 

Written submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing before Friday 4th July 2003 to The Senior Executive Officer,Roads and Traffic Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre Tallaght, Dublin 24.
