Following compliance with the requirements of the article 131 of above regulations, notice is hereby given of the Council’s intention to proceed with the construction of:

FORTUNESTOWN B2 & B4, TALLAGHT, DUBLIN 24

An integrated development comprising 267 units at Fortunestown Lane, Tallaght, Dublin 24. The site is located at Fortunestown Lane to the west of the existing Sundale Estate and to the south of the existing Ardmore Estate and Brookfield Community College.

BALGADDY ‘C’, LUCAN, CO. DUBLIN

An integrated housing scheme consisting of 149 units, crèche and community facility on a site at Balgaddy “C”, situated at the junction of Lynch’s Lane and Balgaddy Road, Lucan, County Dublin.

AVONBEG, PHASE 3, TALLAGHT, DUBLIN 24

A further phase of the planned refurbishment and redevelopment of 47 no. units in the Avonbeg area comprising the conversion of five existing three storey apartment blocks at Avonbeg Gardens and facing onto the park at Avonbeg to 20 no. apartment units; the erection of 19 no. new build houses at Avonbeg Gardens and facing onto the park and the erection of 8 no. new build apartments facing onto Bolbrook Villas.

LISCARNE, PHASE 3, CLONDALKIN, DUBLIN 22

The refurbishment of existing apartment blocks to create twenty-nine upgraded apartments and an extended community centre facility. This scheme will also comprise of the erection of 9 no. 2 bedroom apartments in 2 storey blocks and associated site works on a site at Liscarne, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
