Proposed Development

Notice Under Part 8 of the

Planning & Development Regulations 2001

 

 

 

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given of the proposal to construct the following:

 

 

Mayfield Housing Scheme, Watery Lane, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

 

To construct an integrated development and associated ancillary works in two or more phases. The first phase will comprise of the creation of a temporary site located to the East of the existing caravan park to house the residents during the construction period, the demolition of caretaker’s unit and existing facilities, and the construction of 26 no. three bedroom/two storey dwellings and 9 no. residential caravan bays. The other phases will comprise private and affordable housing units and a community facility in a layout, which will generally provide for 3 / 4 storey units on the frontage with Nangor Road, and two/three storey units on the remainder of the site.

 

Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Clondalkin Civic Offices, Civic Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, during normal working hours until Wednesday 30th April, 2003 or click here for an online image.

 

Submissions or observations with respect to this matter dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated may be made in writing to:
