CONTROL  OF  PARKING  BYE – LAWS

(LUCAN)  2003

 

 

South Dublin County Council proposes to make bye-laws under Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 for the control and regulation of the parking of vehicles in Lucan.  Draft Bye-Laws have been prepared and are available for inspection from Friday 21st March 2003 to Friday 25th April 2003 (excluding Good Friday 18th April 2003 and Easter Monday 21st April 2003), at the venues and times indicated hereunder:

 

(a)  South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

       from 9am to 12.45pm and 2pm to 5pm (Monday – Thursday) and

       from 9am to 12.45pm and 2pm to 4.30pm each Friday.

 

(b)    South Dublin County Council, Civic Offices, Ninth Lock Road, Clondalkin.

from 9am to 12.45pm and 2pm to 4pm (Monday – Friday) 

      

(c)  Lucan Library, Superquinn Shopping Centre, Newcastle Road, Lucan.

from 9.45am to 8pm (Monday – Thursday) and 9.45am to 4.30pm (Friday and Saturday).  The Library will be closed from Friday 18th April to Tuesday 22nd April 2003 inclusive.

 

(d)  Lucan 2000  1, Church View, Main Street, Lucan.

       from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 4.30pm (Monday – Thursday) and

       from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm  - Fridays

The offices will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday.

 

 

A copy of the draft Bye Laws may be purchased on payment of €1 euro, at County Hall, Tallaght and Civic Offices, Clondalkin.

 

Representations may be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Department, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24 not later than 4.30pm on Friday 9th May 2003
