The Council proposes to construct two new swimming pools of circa 2000m² each, one on land adjoining Cheeverstown Road, West Tallaght, Dublin 24 and a second pool at Clondalkin Sports and Leisure Centre, Old Nangor Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 as an extension to the existing complex.

Both projects will be led by the Senior Architect, Architectural Services Department, South Dublin County Council.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified building design providers for the provision of Building Design Services for the development of these projects as follows:

• Quantity Surveyor
• Mechanical/Electrical
• Structural Design

Applicants must show in their application that they have proven experience in the design and construction of swimming pools and leisure facilities. It is intended that a maximum of 6 service providers for each category or groups of service providers will be invited to tender following the evaluation of the applications received.

Applications shall be submitted for the whole of the contract only and may be submitted by groups of service providers or by individuals consultancies. All application material should be bound into one document and forwarded to:
