New Arrangement for Replacement of Green Bin

New arrangements came into place from 1st January, 2006, in the Dublin Region, in respect of requests by householders for replacement of lost, stolen, burned or vandalised green domestic recycling wheelbins.

From 1st January, 2006, there is now a charge of €30 for a replacement bin.  An application form is available for download from the South   Dublin County Council Website at www.southdublin.ie which must be filled in by the customer and returned with payment.  Cheques or Postal Orders should be made out to South Dublin County Council with "Green Bin" written on the reverse as a reference.  Payment may also be made at the Cash Office in either County Hall or in Clondalkin.

Enquiries relating to green bins may be made to 4149000 or by email through the South Dublin County Council Customer Care system at www.southdublin.ie
