CHRISTMAS 2005 & NEW YEAR ARRANGEMENTS

The refuse collection service in South Dublin County will operate as usual except for the following dates:

Monday 26th December 2005 and Monday 2nd January 2006

Collection will take place on Saturday 24th December 2005 and Saturday 31st December 2005 for customers who normally receive a Monday collection.

Refuse should be left out for collection before 7.30am on collection day.

Please ensure that the roadway is kept clear of parked cars on refuse collection day so that the refuse freighters can gain access.

In order to have your bin collected please comply with the following:

• Ensure the lid of your bin is closed
• Do not over compact your bin
• Do not leave extra bags or extra material next to the bin

The following are the opening hours of South Dublin County Council’s Civic Amenity Facility,Ballymount during Christmas and New Year:-

Opening Hours are as normal 9.30a.m. – 5.00 p.m.

except as follows:

24th December Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm
CLOSED 25th December Sunday
CLOSED 26th December Monday
CLOSED Sunday 1st January
